1.4 By making a payment to this charity, you also will be providing personal information directly to our charity who has licenced the Karma Foundation Website for the benefit of a charity. 2.1 Those who register to use the Karma Foundation Website to support their fundraising strategy includes clients as well as charities.

(a) Any organisation and including any charity that registers with us in order to licence our fundraising platform from us. You may provide, or be requested to give personal information about your employees, directors or trustees of the charity.

(b) This personal information is collected to manage relationships with relevant organisations and to also perform all of our contractual obligations. more detailed information in relation to 400 casino bonus. (e) This information is used to manage your account with us, make the payments to your chosen charity or to respond to queries or comments.

(f) If you have provided a contact number or e-mail, we will message you in order to confirm your donation. This is required by the Charities Commission for England and Wales.

(g) To make it easier for you to donate to charities in the future, we will retain account information. We do not use any account holder personal information for any other purpose and will not sell an account holder’s personal information under any circumstance.

3.1 Our website uses cookies to remember visitors on the Site. We do this to provide a better user experience when our site is browsed. Cookies also allows us to assess the visitor journey throughout our Site. By doing this we can use this information to improve our site and its functionality. They will collect and use account holder personal information (and any additional information they may request during the donation process) in accordance with their privacy policy.

(c) Third parties that may be interested in purchasing our business or assets. If we happen to be acquired by a third party, then all personal information held by us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets.

(d) Analytics and search engine providers. We use, Google Analytics, which is a third-party service to collect standard visitor information as well as behaviour patterns. This is so we can find out important data such as the number of visitors to our site pages. The way we collect this data does not identify you personally.

(e) Payment gateways and merchant providers. We are required to disclose some information to payment providers in order to process the transaction, when an account holder donates. This information that is shared with the payment providers will only be used for the payment and is not stored or used for anything else.

(f) We may disclose your personal information to third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share this in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users. We will, however do our best to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
